Noisy room above restaurant detracted from overall experience.

The hotel had some nice complementary features that added extra value to our trip. The shuttle service to the beach was very convenient and the use of private showers was a definite plus. Additionally, the hotel's location was key for us, with plenty of local restaurants and shops nearby. We also enjoyed the beautiful gardens and pools.

Our experience was ruined by poor communication from the hotel. We had an issue with our car and needed to cancel our reservation, but after numerous attempts to contact the hotel, they didn't respond and we were charged anyway.
